What do I do if I would like to cancel?
If circumstances change and you need to cancel your bouncy castle, please contact us as soon as possible.
USE OF THE BOUNCY CASTLE?
Please when using our inflatables, no food or drinks,no sharp objects, keys ect, no confetti or glitter,no silly string
Shoes must be removed before using the inflatable
Bouncy castle to be supervised at all times by a appropriate adult
How much space do you need for a bouncy castle?
The space you need all depends on what castle you choose.you will need 2ft of space either side,3ft on the front for safety reason and 2ft at the rear for space for the blower, please make sure the space we use is clear of sharp objects or animal excrement.
If it rains once we have left ?
All of our castles come with rain covers,there is only so much they can take if rain is heavy, if it does heavily rain we ask you to keep the castle inflated as this stops water from pooling up inside and on the castle,if you do want to go ahead with your booking with bad weather,we will not be able to offer you refunds once the castle has been set up and inflated.
Public liability insurance
You as the hirer are responsible for any injury or damage accured while in your possession, we as a company can not will not take responsibility, the hirer and guest of the hirer are not covered by our insurance.
Do I need to contact to confirm?
No once you have booked and recieved confirmation email(check spam) we will have your booking in our system, we will contact you prior to our arrival on your selected day,
